Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and us when you use the Service.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AXIOM ("AXIOM," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Restoration360, including our website, mobile application, and web portal (together, the "Service"). AXIOM is a professional tool for restoration contractors. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@r360scope.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are for the organization that registers them; you are responsible for the conduct of users you invite.
3. The Service — what it does and does not do
AXIOM proposes a scope of work and produces Xactimate-compatible ESX files from the photos, measurements, and project details you supply. The Service is a productivity tool, not a licensed estimator, adjuster, engineer, or legal advisor.
- You own the judgment. Quantities are derived from the room measurements you enter, run through deterministic IICRC S500-based formulas; pricing comes from your own Xactimate price list. The AI proposes scope — it does not set prices, and it does not replace your review.
- You must review every estimate. AI-generated output can contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving any estimate before relying on it, submitting it to a carrier, or using it in any transaction.
- No guaranteed outcome. We do not guarantee that any estimate will be accepted, paid, or approved by any insurer or third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, including submitting estimates you know to be inaccurate;
- Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the Service except to the extent the law permits;
- Misrepresent AI-generated scope as independently verified work without your own professional review.
5. Access, billing, and refunds
Access to the Service begins with a scheduled demonstration; we provision accounts after that call. Estimates are purchased in advance, and the price per estimate is set by the size of the purchase as described on our pricing page. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the fees and applicable taxes for the estimates you select.
- Purchased estimates are consumed when used and do not expire.
- The per-estimate price applies to the purchase that earned it; it does not apply retroactively to estimates already bought, and it does not carry forward to a later, smaller purchase.
- There is no subscription and no per-seat charge, so there is nothing to cancel or renew.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
6. Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload and to the estimates you generate — they are yours, permanently. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your organization. We do not sell your content and do not use your project content for advertising. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not grant you any rights in our software or models.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, hosting, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's terms. Xactimate is a registered trademark of Verisk; AXIOM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Verisk.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated scope will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIOM and Restoration360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXIOM and Restoration360 from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any claim arising from an estimate you submitted or relied upon.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Restoration360 is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
