Start with the measured affected area.
A water-loss file may contain an overall room dimension and a note describing only part of a wall as affected. Review the draft quantity against the affected length and height. If removal boundaries or material layers are unclear, resolve that question with the crew before approving the line. This is an illustrative review scenario, not a promised job result.
Your estimator approves the result.
A photo can document a visible condition without establishing what is behind a wall, how long equipment operated or which work was authorized. Keep those decisions with the people who inspected the job. Axiom supports estimate preparation; it does not determine coverage, guarantee payment or replace the estimator.
