Suppose a PDF lists a drywall quantity in one room and painting in another. First confirm that both rows and their units landed in the right rooms. If you then want to propose a quantity change, document the measurement supporting it. This illustrative sequence keeps a conversion discrepancy separate from an estimating decision.

Conversion does not verify the original estimate’s accuracy or establish that its scope is complete. Check the source PDF, ambiguous or missing rows, room assignments and the exported file. Do not assume every PDF layout or scan will produce the same result; evaluate the document you actually need to convert.
